It’s a Sloth’s Life in Epic Dreams Slot
Zootopia is basically Planet of the Apes, but in an alternate reality where animals evolved to possess human-like intelligence. Sure, Zootopia doesn’t have nearly as much darkness as Pierre Boulle’s (the creator of Planet of the Apes) novel, but they’re still basically the same thing.
Now, I’m not saying that the animators at Relax were watching Zootopia when they created their Epic Dreams slot, but their sloth character is the spitting image of Flash Slothmore (yes, that’s really the character’s name) from the Disney film.

Epic Dreams slot features cascading reels that remove symbols involved in winning combinations, allowing new symbols to fall into the empty spots. The slot does, however, add a slight variation to the mechanic.
With each cascade, some of the locked stone blocks will be smashed, opening up more of the slot’s rows. This means that with each cascade, the number of ways to win also increases up to a maximum of 117,649. At the end of each spin, the blocks are reset. If you manage to open all available positions on a single spin, you’ll trigger a round of one of the slot’s bonus games.
Once the triggering action is completed, you’ll get to choose between two different bonus games: Dig Bonus and Build Bonus. The slot also has a Super Bonus game, which is triggered when Super Bonus blocks are destroyed to trigger the bonus games.
If you select the Dig Bonus, you will receive four drops. During the bonus game, a random number of blocks will fall down onto the reels. Your goal, like in Tetris, is to complete rows. If you complete a row, your four drops will be reset. You will also progress one step up the global multiplier ladder. If, however, you go four drops without completing a row, your round will be over.
The Dig Bonus is more aligned with the main slot game, which has traditional spins. However, instead of resetting after each spin, the stone floor will slowly rise. Your job is to complete winning combinations to dig through the floor and progress through levels.
If you’re not keen on getting dirt under your fingernails for a shot at the bonus games, you can select to use the Buy feature to purchase a round.
Is Epic Dreams slot worth the concession stand prices?

I’m a sucker for a slot that has an introductory cinematic element, and Epic Dreams slot has a great one. Fortunately, that’s not where the incredible attention to detail comes to an end. Every inch of the slot is bursting with animation and personality. It really draws you in. The main character is also incredibly adorable and really added to the enjoyment of each and every spin. It does lack base game bonus features, but that’s a small price to pay for near perfection. I give Epic Dreams slot a ten out of ten.
