Race to the Finish in Wrigley’s World Slot
The world has ended, the apocalypse has come, and all that remains is a vast, barren wasteland littered with scrap and debris. But amidst the desolation, a glimmer of hope has emerged: the Scrapyard Race. It’s a competition like no other, where drivers from all corners of the wasteland gather to race their souped-up, makeshift vehicles in a death-defying dash to the finish line.
This isn’t a pitch for a Mad Max remake but rather a prelude to the new Wrigley’s World slot from Red Tiger.
Racers, are you ready?
Wrigley’s World slot is an interesting one with a sort of hybrid between ways to win and paylines. Wins are paid when at least three of the same symbol appears one after the other on adjacent reels from reel one. So, if the same symbol appears anywhere on reels one, two, and three, you will win. But you won’t win if they appear on reels two, three, and four.
In the base game, multiplier wilds will give you some nice wins. The wilds will complete winning combinations and then multiply any winnings by the displayed multiplier.
Three or more Race Spins symbols will trigger a round of free spins. The symbol will also award some impressive wins. Three Race Spins symbols will award 5x your bet, four will award 15x your bet, and five 50x your bet. Once a round of free spins is triggered, the Double Boost meter feature will be activated. Each wild that you collect during free spins will be added to the Double Boost meter. Once the meter is full, it will double your whole win thus far and award five extra spins.
If you’re not interested in racing to the line for big wins, you can select to jump the crowd and purchase a round of the slot’s free spins feature.
Is Wrigley’s World slot weird or wonderful?
Wrigley’s World slot is almost great. The graphics are amazing, the theme is fun, and the bonus features that are there are pretty good. The features are a problem, though. For such a fun, over-the-top game, the bonus features are shockingly standard. I would have loved a few more themed bonus features to elevate the gameplay above what I would expect from any Red Tiger slot. I am most certainly being picky, but this one was just so close to being perfect.
If you’re looking for small, consistent wins, this one isn’t for you thanks to the high volatility. However, with a 20,000x max multiplier, if you do choose to stick around, you’ll be able to bet at the minimum for a few hours and still chase some big wins. The slot has an RTP of 95.71%.
If you’re looking for a few other Red Tiger slots to try out, I recommend giving the blockbuster Narcos Mexico and the banging Rock’n’Lock a shot.
