Gems Elevator slot is built around cascading reels, meaning that all symbols involved in winning combinations will be removed from the reels. New symbols will then drop into the empty spots, giving you another chance to win. This process will continue until no additional winning combinations are formed.
Three or more gold bar multiplier symbols will trigger a round of the slot’s hold and win feature. I find the use of the gold bar symbols strange for a game that is all about gems but I digress.
Once the feature is triggered, the gold bar multiplier symbols that were used to unlock the feature will be fixed in place. You will then be given three spins to add additional gold bars to the reels. If you manage to add another symbol, your three spins will be reset. However, if you hit a cold streak, and you go three spins without adding another symbol, your round will be concluded. Once it is, all multiplier values will be added together and the total multiplied by your bet amount to calculate your winnings. There are also a number of special symbols including the collect symbol that will collect all displayed multiplier values and add them to itself.

Oh, how I wish that this one had just one base game bonus feature. Gems Elevator slot is just so close to perfect. The graphics and animations are absolutely fantastic, the bonus features that are there are great, and the overall execution of the theme is perfect. The only complaint that I have is that the base gameplay does get a little dull during long sessions despite the stunning graphics. It’s a small gripe, though, and you can spice up the action quite easily with the slot’s buy bonus feature. This one is definitely worth trying out for a few spins.
