Spin for smiles (and seriously big wins!) in Slotmoji
Way back in 1997, a bunch of pictograms and smileys lived on Japanese mobile phones. As their popularity grew, so did their ambitions. Not content with capturing the hearts of their fellow countrymen, the Emojis set their sights on world domination.
They spread from phone to phone until even accountants and politicians were stabbing feverishly at their keyboards in an effort to give voice to their feelings. The Emojis had gone mainstream… but they weren’t done yet.
There was one last, great challenge the Emojis had to face, making it all the way into a slots game. And if you’re reading this, you know they were successful. This is the story of Slotmoji.
Born to be Wild
Slotmoji is a 5-reel, 10-payline game from Endorphina. Land on the lobby and you’ll be greeted by a variety of faces; some happy, others sad… you get the picture. You’ll also see lightning bolts and music notes and if you’re lucky, at some stage you’ll see the three Wilds in the shape of a ballerina, a disco dude and a Samurai. These are the Slotmoji that the game is named after.
Slotmoji appear on reels 2, 3 and 4 and they substitute for all symbols and take over the whole reel. They also activate the re-spin feature. Once you’ve gotten your initial payout, the Slotmoji re-spins the other reels until you land a winning combo. Re-spin Bonuses end when you land a winning combination.
Even better than this is the fact that the multiplier is incremental per re-spin – that means its value is unlimited! If you land a Slotmoji on the 4th reel, then you’re in for a treat as this will bring you the highest chance of a win.
Risky business on the reels
During the Risk Game, you can double your winnings by up to 10 times. You’ll be presented with 5 cards; one will be facing you while the other 4 will be flipped over. Now go ahead and choose one of the flipped-over cards – if this is higher than the Dealer’s (the one you could see originally), your win is doubled and you can try again.
If the Dealer wins, you’ll lose your winnings and it will be the end of the Risk game. A card that’s the same as the Dealer’s will result in a repeat of the round (and your winnings stay the same). The Joker beats all of the cards but thankfully, the Dealer can never get one.
If you don’t want to play the Risk Game, press “Take Win” to quit the feature and collect your current earnings. The RTP during the Risk Game is 84%, although this can be higher or lower, depending on the Dealer’s card.
Uncover the Secrets of Slotmoji
Given all of the above, what is our final verdict of Slotmoji? While the game itself is amusing and entertaining, it may lack a little of the “action factor” that some players demand. If you’re a player who likes to sit with a game for a time and enjoy small wins, this might not be the one for you – check out Sea of Riches if that’s what you are after. That being said, quick fix fans rejoice, as Slotmoji is the perfect choice.
