Mine Gems Review

Whenever I’m sitting in the back of an Uber, I tend to avoid small talk as much as possible. I’m a millennial after all. 😅

Instead of having a real human interaction, I go to my happy place, my own little black mirror. My phone. 📱 Because I don’t really use social media, and watching YouTube videos out loud is rather rude, I go to the one game I know will always soothe and entertain,

Minesweeper. 💣

This classic game has been around for ages, and I mastered it from a young age, but as the difficulty climbs, so does the guesswork. It’s not all guaranteed. 🤔

Just like Mine Gems by BGAMING. It is the gambling spiritchild of Minesweeper, and here you can either hit bombs, or bags of cash! 💥💰

Gameplay

This gamer has no traditional reel and row grid. Instead, you get an endless row of blank symbols that cascade down as you select tiles. The concept is simple: set your bet, and then select a blank tile.

That tile will either reveal Gem, in which case your bet is multiplied by the multiplier displayed to the left of the row, or you’ll hit a Bomb, in which case you lose your bet.

You can claim your winnings at any time between selecting tiles.

This game has an RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.

Conclusion

Mine Gems took me by surprise with its clever twist on the classic Minesweeper game, turning it into a slot experience I really enjoyed. The 5×12 grid is different from anything I've played before, with each row hiding 4 sparkling diamonds and 1 bundle of dynamite.

My goal was to reveal as many diamonds as I could without triggering the explosive, and I found myself getting more and more into it as I climbed higher on the grid.

The mix of strategy and excitement kept me hooked, especially knowing that the potential for big wins was just a few clicks away. Overall, it was a refreshing and fun game that I’d definitely come back to.

PaylinesPaylines are preset lines that run across the reels, and when you land matching symbols on them, that will result in a payout. The more paylines, the more ways you can win, but also the higher your bet per spin.: N/A
Volatility RateSlot games can have low, medium, high, or extremely high volatility rates (or a combination thereof).

The less volatile the game, the more often it should pay out, but the lower the amount, the less the payout, as this is in keeping with the risk you’re taking. Volatility rate should be considered in conjunction with a game’s RTP.
