Plinko Rush Review

What’s the biggest rush you’ve ever experienced? I’ve done shark cage diving, which was thrilling, but nothing comes close to riding a superbike at ridiculous speeds. That, my friends, is some next level 💩.

But adrenaline rushes are subjective. Maybe you’re the type of person who gets off on stamp collecting. I’m not even joking – although I wish I were – stamp-collecting competitions are a thing. 🔍

Unsurprisingly, the first website I found that offers these seat-of-the-pants experiences is based in the United Kingdom. Like, that was a safe bet, right? 🇬🇧

In addition to their competitions, the site urges you to sign up for their newsletter which “brings together traders, auction houses, post offices and philatelists.”

Even though it sounds similar to another term I won’t mention here, it has nothing to do with giving oral pleasure. I checked. 😝

Let’s check out Plinko Rush to see if the old adrenaline glands will get a workout.

Gameplay

If you’ve never played a Plinko gameA Plinko game is played on a pyramid-shaped area with “pins” stuck in them. Much like Pinball, a ball gets released from the top and hits the pins on the way down.

Underneath the pyramid is a “tray” that catches the ball and is divided into segments; each with a multiplier value. The further towards the edge of the pyramid you go, the higher the multiplier.

Multiplier values are adjusted by cycling through the volatility settings.
, you’re in for a treat! The action takes place on a pyramid with several “pins.” You see, it’s almost like a pinball game where the ball – which falls from the top in this instance – bounces off pins.

The pins create randomness, which means your ball could fall onto any of the multipliers at the bottom of the playing area. The further the multipliers are from the middle, the higher their values.

With Plinko Rush specifically, you have a couple of choices to customize the game to your liking.

Risk
Choose between low, medium, and high volatility. The higher your risk, the more difficult it is to win but the higher your reward if you do.

Lines
No, not the kind you’re thinking of. This refers to the number of rows of pins on the playing area and you can choose from 8 to 16. The more rows, the more multipliers that you can win on.

Bet
Choose your bet amount with this setting. Duh!

You can use the Games option if you’re not into sitting and jabbing the PLAY button the whole time. Choose from 1 to an infinite number of games, and the software will take care of the action for you.

In manual mode, you can hit the PLAY button while a ball is already falling; this results in multiple balls in play. You can achieve the same result with the Autoplay option if you’ve selected 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 250, or an infinite number of games.

The last thing we need to chat about is the game’s stats, so here goes:

  • RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.

RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate.
    : 96.07% - 96.27% (depending on your volatility setting)
  • Max Multiplier: 888x
  • Max Win: $88,800
  • Volatility RateSlot games can have low, medium, high, or extremely high volatility rates (or a combination thereof).

The less volatile the game, the more often it should pay out, but the lower the amount, the less the payout, as this is in keeping with the risk you’re taking. Volatility rate should be considered in conjunction with a game’s RTP.
    : Variable
  • Accepted Currencies: No Japanese yen

Performance

Plinko is seriously addictive, so I spent an inordinate amount of time watching balls bounce off pins. I’m happy to report that not once did the game stutter or throw up errors, but it will time out if you’re inattentive for a while.

Maximum Win

This is a game that’s more suited to players who are cool with making money over time, rather than looking for a massive hit. The top payout is $88,800 and the max multiplier is 888x.

Betting starts at $0.15 and is capped at $100.

Conclusion

Plinko games have been rising in popularity, which comes as no surprise to me as I love the damn things. There’s something satisfying about watching the myriad balls bouncing around, collecting multipliers.

You don’t have to engage your brain – which is my preferred pastime – and it’s a wonderful option for mobile play. Seriously, if you’re a mobile player, then check out Plinko Rush on your device – it looks fantastic (in portrait mode; landscape is rubbish).

Players who like their games challenging and constantly changing won’t be fans unless they’re looking to take a break for a while and chill. Which describes me to a tee!

Betsoft Gaming has done a great job with the UX, so not only is the game fun to play, but it’s also visually appealing.
