The Candy Slot Deluxe Slot Review

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory šŸ« is one of the most beloved fairytales of all time. In this weird and wonderful world, Willy Wonka, the owner of Wonka Chocolate Factory, comes up with all kinds of weird and wonderful candy recipes, but I think it's all pretty vanilla.

If I owned a Candy factory, Iā€™d make it heavy metal šŸ¤˜.

The candy river šŸ¬ would run red with the blood of Oompa Loompas, and there would be a chocolate volcano spewing skin-melting deliciousness over all the lands.

My bubblegum šŸ would twist your guts when swallowed, and my candy canes would make your gums bleed.

Hell yeah šŸ”„.

The Candy Slot Deluxe šŸ„ by Mascot transports you to a fluffy and cutesy world of sweetness; a far cry from my world, but at least you stand a chance to win lots of money šŸ’° and not your life.

Gameplay

The 5x6-reel grid is framed by a candy structure held together with red goo. The backdrop is a Candy Desert filled with Lollipops growing out of the ground. The soundtrack sounds like it was ripped right out of a Wonka commercial.

The symbols are all types of candy, and the high-paying symbols include Doughnuts, Watermelon Lollies, Meringues, Green Lollies, and Biscuits.

This game features a Tumble mechanic: when a winning payline is formed, those symbols disappear, and new symbols drop from the top of the reels to potentially form new wins. This continues until no more winning paylines are achieved.

The Wild symbol replaces all symbols except for Scatter and Bonus symbols, and can only land on reels 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

When 5 or more Scatter symbols land, they trigger a Free Spins round.

When five or more Bonus symbols land, the coin mechanic is triggered. Each Bonus symbol features a random amount, which is then added together for a total win.

During the base game, Candy Slot Deluxe offers a random mechanic that drops 1 to 4 random special symbols (Wild, Scatter, or Bonus symbols).

During the base game, or after a Free Spins round, you can gamble your winnings. When you click on the gamble button, youā€™re taken to a simple spinning wheel with blank spaces or multipliers. Land on a multiplier to win big, or a blank to lose it all.

You can use this gamble mechanic to win up to 1,000x your bet!

The Candy Slot Deluxe has a medium volatility rate and 15,625 ways to win. This game also features a 2,000x max multiplier and a max win of $100,000.

Features

FREE SPINS:

You need to land 5 Scatters to trigger Free spins. Each Scatter counts as 2 Free Spins, so landing 5 will trigger the feature with 10 Free Spins. During Free Spins, the same random mechanic that features in the base game is active on each spin.

BUY BONUS:

You can buy a Free Spins round with 10 Free Spins for 52x your bet.

Performance

The Candy Slot Deluxe plays perfectly on mobile phones and all popular browsers, even after hundreds of sugar-fueled spins.

Maximum Win

The Candy Slot Deluxe had a medium volatility rate, and a max multiplier of 2,000x. The max win is an acceptable $100,000, and the betting range is $0.25 to $50.

Conclusion

Mascot Gaming dropped The Candy Crush Slot before introducing The Candy Slot Deluxe, and these siblings shame most of their features, but The Candy Slot Deluxe adds some extra sweetness.

This slot game is a treat to look at, and plays well on mobile phones, but itā€™s the features I was more interested in. The base gameā€™s tumble feature makes every spin exciting, and the random mechanic that adds Wilds, Scatters and Bonus symbols is cool too.

The Free Spins round gets random special symbols dropped on the reel during every spin, and the Buy Bonus menu lets you access Free Spins on a whim.

The main difference between The Candy Crush Slot and The Candy Slot Deluxe is that the latter allows you to gamble your winnings in the base game, and during Free Spins.

Both games are great, but Iā€™ll stick with the newer, and more feature-rich Candy Slot Deluxe.
