Mini Roulette Review
Big isn’t always better… unless you’re in the adult entertainment industry (but even then, there’s a niche for everything). 🍆🌶️
Take electronics, for example. We’ve been scaling that sh*t down forever, and miniaturized things are always superior to their full-sized siblings. 📞📲
So, does it follow that Mini Roulette from Platipus Gaming will be better than the rest? History tells us that’s not necessarily so but there’s one way to find out.
Gameplay
New and exclusive to BitStarz is the latest from Platipus. Some of you may have read the title and asked yourselves, “Why is it called mini roulette? Is it a shrunk down version?” Yes and no.
If by “shrunk down” you mean that it takes up less real estate, then no. If you mean you can only place bets on numbers zero to 12, then yes.
That’s right, folks. This version of the popular table game has 13 numbers, but the usual Odds/Evens, Red/Black, and columns, as well as 1-6, 4-9, and 7-12. Oh, and zero always pays.
Mini Roulette also offers Autoplay. All you have to do is place a bet and hold the SPIN button to see a slide-out bar where you can select how many spins you’re up for.
And that’s it, really. The game works the same way as a full-sized roulette game, so if you’re unfamiliar with how they work, check out our blog for some tutorials.
Click on the game’s hamburger menu, go to Info and check out the bet types and paytable, and also brush up on your roulette lingo.
The game’s RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. is 96.15%, the volatility is low, the max multiplier is 12x, and the top payout is $6,000.

Maximum Win
You can bet from $0.25 to $500 on Mini Roulette, and combining the largest bet with the 12x multiplier will result in a $6,000 payday.
Conclusion
There’s nothing intrinsically special about Mini Roulette; it’s just a smaller version of the original game.
There’s no inherent advantage when it comes to the house edge, as adjustments will have been made to the bet limits and payout ratios, so you’ve got to take this game as just a diminutive version that’s easy to play on smaller devices.
Something I would’ve liked to have seen is a Turbo setting, so you don’t have to sit through the ball spin if you don’t want to, but that’s the worst of it. I do like the fact that you can re-bet and SPIN by simply hitting the SPIN button, and that there’s an Autoplay option.
This isn’t a big money-spinner game, as you can see, but it’ll be a sweet way for players who are new to roulette to get accustomed to the game.
Platipus has dipped its toe into the roulette world before, with American Roulette. That game offers a bit more moolah (18k) and has a slightly better multiplier (36x) and RTPRTP stands for “Return to Player.” The RTP describes the total bet amount that a game returns to players over millions of spins, and that figure is represented by a percentage. Table games, such as Roulette, typically have higher RTPs than many slots.
RTP needs to be considered in conjunction with a game’s volatility rate. (97.74%).
